Bathroom renovation

Bathroom is 1.8m by 1.5m. Toilet is 1.8 by 80cm. The bathroom needs major work over, the shower has seperate cold and hot water taps for a bath with a shower head with a built in mixer, I'm looking to replace that with a rail shower head along with a joint hot/cold water bath tap mixer. Vanity is a pedistal basin, I'd would like to install something more modern, needs a steam extractor installed along with the power switch updated. The bathroom will also need new waterproof gib, architraves along with a new door + waterproof vinyl installed etc (also need the breather pipe removed). The toilet will need a new toilet, gib walls, new door, architraves, vinyl flooring etc... I will purchase Bath tub, taps, shower head, toilet, steam extractor and vanity with guidance on the item sizes required (rest supplied by the contractor). I'm looking at spending between 2k-4k on labour and materials supplied. It will need to be professionally painted/ plastered aswell :).
