Wiring job on Rangehood

We need a builder to finalise three small jobs in the garden and one inside the house. The garden jobs are: 1. Leveling one already cut post; 2. Add one skinny bit of timber to the deck; 3. Cut out a bit of timber from a flower bed. The job inside the house is to fix the timber frame for the manhole to get to the roof. The timber has come loose and hangs down in one corner.
