Home Re-Design

I currently have a 3 bedroom, 1 shower room home. It is newly built (about 4-5 yrs old) and due to family growing, we require additional room. This home was originally designed to be a granny flat, but was altered when life changed. I would like to make space somehow for a new master bedroom with en-suite, and to add another; bedroom, office, butlers pantry. Wishlist would include a double garage with additional self contained dwelling. What I require is someone to create a concept with, of what we can actually do with the space we have. Following that, someone to actually price up the work and for work to commence. Whilst I would like to begin the concept phase as soon as I can, the actual building phase would likely not commence until end of next year.
