They include a tall tank for HAC, a small Ametek 10" Blue housing (following the tall tank to filter out any carbon). This is to be housed in an outdoor shed we have built and ready to attach near the site point of entry. This is to be installed and tested to ensure it can provide adequate water pressure for 4 showers at once. The other part of the job involves installing three products at our kitchen... a Doult...

Posted 12 years agoWe have purchased the following products in Feb from Sue Kelly Ltd in Christchurch: A tall HAC tank and a follow on Ametek #10 Big Blue for our entire site (to remove chlorine from entire site supply), and inside the house a Doulton Imperial Aqua K as well as a water ionizer to remove excess Cu and allow us to dial the alkalinity (drinking water). We have already built a little shed to house the tanks. We need someone to hook up and ensure all is running okay and provides enough water press...

Posted 12 years agoI need construction of an add-on to my loft on top of my garage so I can turn it into a rental. It will need to have the appropriate plumbing and wiring for a shower, toilet and small sink. I will also need plumbing for a small sink in the garage for the small kitchen. Finally, I will need plans by a draftsman to take to the council for approval. The loft is atop of the garage which is on a slope. It's not difficult though and the water and sewer line run right next to the garage....

Posted 12 years agoBATHROOM 1) Combined exhaust, light & heat unit - we will purchase - you install 2) Shower cubicle - we will purchase - you install 3) Vanity - we will purchase - you install 4) New wall linings - Re-gib, plaster & paint Size is approx 8sqm We will rip out the old shower and walls so it will be ready for you to go. I would hope that you would come and see (and advise) what needs to be done prep wise. We need this done the week of the 7th July 2008

Posted 12 years agoWe have a permanently open glass slat window in our toilet that needs to have a proper window installed, it is roughly 300mm x 500mm in a 1930's bungalow in Otahuhu. Ideally we want a new window we can open, but open to suggestions dependant on cost. I will try and upload an image over the weekend.

Fire is to vent through concrete block wall, hole already drilled. Approx 15 M run from fire install site to desired position of gas bottles.

Existing drain is clear of concrete below floor level, Access to sub floor is through very small hatch Toilet fixture - looking for concealed waste outlet & integrated cistern & soft closing lid Optional replace existing vanity I am looking for labour only quotes at this stage, assuming I can source the fittings - unless you can get better prices?

Posted 12 years agoEXTENSIONS 1) Living area/bedroom Size is approx 90sqm I need a second story completed. I have completed the floor joisting and second story floor but need the frame/roof raftering. Will complete gibboard myself as well as interior finishing and non structural internal walls. Exterior cladding initially plywood, to finish with a weatherboard look alike. Need an indication of price and timeframe. Am probably looking to do job in Summer unless timeframe tight enough.
