replace weatherboards

I'd like the bottom weatherboard around the base of my house replaced. These aren't the conventional bevelled weatherboards and I can't remember what they're called but I've attached an image of the profile of the board which is similar (ignore the dimensions as I just downloaded this off the internet). I need advice as to whether that particular board can be replaced like for like or a suitable alternative board.
