Replace guttering

Re-post - sorry holiday period caught me out as a first time user of this service... Remove old metal guttering and 2 downpipes off house. Provide new metal or PVC guttering and 2 downpipes, and install. Guttering previously measured as 53.5m. Easy access flatish section.

New kitchenette - sink needs to be plumbed

Counting for around $250 fee as the job should not take more then couple of hours. P.P.S. Can add a little for materials, pipes if required.

1 x basement window sill that needs fixing/replacing due to some rotting. Our painter has started the external prep work on our house & found the window sill is rotted in one part. He thinks it may need replacing rather than using builders bog. On initial inspection the frame seems ok but happy to take advice if that also needs replacing.
