Duratuff Shed 3mx2.4m (MK3A) model

Started this project, i have built the timber frame, however having some issues getting the structure square so the tin cladding hangs straight, looking for someone to finish the job for me. Floor water damage repair

My Uncle has offered to re-vinyl and carpet my house. I want my water damaged floor patched up or smoothed over enough for that. My 1920s house doesn’t have perfectly level floors to begin with so I’m not looking for a complete reflooring. I just want a dip in the floor fixed and a few chipboard panels replaced. As I need this work done before my Uncle can get started it needs to be done in a reasonable timeframe. If you think you can get this job done let me know.

We are quite keen to keep costs down by purchasing from Mitre10. it is approximately 28sq/m. We have a couple of other quotes from flooring suppliers, so are looking to compare. Would be keen to know how much to remove the existing tiles as well, although we are considering just doing this ourselves to keep the price down.
