Bottom floor leak

Balcony Relevelling #2

Maintenance & repair job re-levelling a small non-structural balcony where one of the struts holding it up has gradually subsided. This has produced a small slope on the balcony with the railing having moved just over an inch from the house. The supporting strut needs to be re-levelled to level the balcony. Would be fantastic if the job could be done before Christmas -but any time over the Summer would also work.

Door and hinges have come away from cabinet

The hinge is still attached the door properly . The screws holding the top bracket broke and the remnants are still in the main body of the cabinet . We unscrewed the bottom bracket so we could access the cupboard. Both hinges still work properly. Should be a quick job with the right tools.
