The consent is to extend the length of the framing & slab by 2.5m, install new double glazed windows and a door, build internal partition walls, and reclad in weatherboard to match the house, and standard corrugated iron to the roof with new spouting. Two shower cabinets not sealed properly and damage to gib at floor level, total four areas need repair. For one area, damage is as per photos, and after resealing may require gib to be patched and replaced, plus skirting board, then finished and prepped for painting. The second cabinet may be fixed by just resealing and patching to gib? We are retired and available to fit in with builder's time frame. Immediate payment on completion. Thank you.

A lead flashing above a villa bay window is leaking and needs to be replaced or covered with a new flashing. You will need scaffolding as it is about 4m from the ground. Also a section of QuadSI steel guttering has a hole in it. It may be due to troughing so you may need to either rehang full length of guttering on south side or look at installing another downpipe. This work needs to be done over summer.

I've had new vinyl planks installed and the shower room and toilet area had tiles on the floor and around the base of the wall. Removing the wall tiles has left the 2 rooms needing new skirting boards. Also the entranceway into the house requires new skirting as they were installed over the top of the original tiles. Would like the work done over the next month if possible
