Fix shower cabinets water leak to gib.

Two shower cabinets not sealed properly and damage to gib at floor level, total four areas need repair. For one area, damage is as per photos, and after resealing may require gib to be patched and replaced, plus skirting board, then finished and prepped for painting. The second cabinet may be fixed by just resealing and patching to gib? We are retired and available to fit in with builder's time frame. Immediate payment on completion. Thank you.
