Water Leak ESSENTIAL

Shower leak and water is coming through the floor boards in the hallway, appears to be spreading, concerned that floor boards have become very sensitive, need leak fixed urgently. Cannot have it sitting like this until lockdown is lifted. Would appreciate someone coming back to me today. Regards

Two Leaking issues, balcony and foundation

1. Need to get balcony watertight with pipe.. The balcony is made of fibre cement sheeting installed over the top and underside of a timber substrate, the upper sheeting is not watertight with cracks and lean in to leak into the wall. 2. The room attached to foundation has water leak along the wall. The water comes from foundation either from the soil in the foundation or the soil next to the wall exposed to outside.

The steel long run roof over our block of 12 terrace houses in Domain Road, Panmure, requires maintenance and repairs - there was a leak over Unit 17C last winter. That leak was patched up but we have been badly let down by a roofing & plumbing firm that banked our deposit, delivered a stack of slip sheets to cover over some of the damaged areas, did half a day’s work on 9 January, then for the next three months only gave us lots of excuses and dates for when they might return to the job....

Wire in new induction hob and fan oven

New hob and oven need to be wired in. the fuse box is just outside the kitchen so not far away. The oven and hob have been fitted in and just need connecting to the electric. I have the two 45A isolation switches here. I would like this done as soon as possible as I am currently cooking on a single electric hob and have no oven to use.

Veneer is coming away from cabinetry, an interior and exterior door appear to have swollen. Soft closing drawers need removing to ascertain damage. Water stains on carpet. Check of tiles to ensure that grouting has not been damaged. Insurers offered us a lump sum settlement but as this damage occurred three days before we came home from overseas we didn't see the initial extent of the water damage and are only discovering it as each day goes by.
