Relocate External Heat Pump Unit (approx. 1m across)

Require our Daiken exterior heat pump unit to be moved horizontally left approx. 1 m. Heat pump 2 years old, cables and piping look to be sufficiently long enough to accommodate the move without needing extension. No problem with the location of the vertical services up the wall to the interior unit, only looking to relocate the fan unit. This move is required so that we can locate our new external hot water cylinder next to it (separate job). See red sketch attached.

3rd Bedroom with ensuite

The 3rd room attached to the house needs the ceiling battened and gib'd. An existing window needs replacing. An internal wall needs to be partly removed and the remainder of the walls insulated and gib'd. One corner of the room needs to be framed and gib'd as this will become the ensuite. An existing workshop adjacent to the 3rd room needs the floor extended and finished as well as the wall being enclosed, insulated and gib'd.

Hi there, There is an 8 meter section besides the carport with low steepness and easy access that requires a retaining wall. Initial inspections shows that the wall does not need to be higher than 1 meters. As part of this work, there is above ground water conduit (from strip drain) that needs to be relocated as well. Site cut for extension and new garage

Extent of excavation will be dependent on goetech being happy with ground conditions. Site will be cleared of structures and trees beforehand.

Hi We need our back deck repaired. All reachable from the ground so no scaffolding or anything required. Deck has started to become spongy so needs to be propped up. Possibility of installing insulation under house if interested ( not a necessity to be able to do this to get the decking job) but if you can do this as well would be a bonus we do not want you to contract out the insulation work to someone else though. Need done asap

Plaster toilet walls to a paint-ready finish

We've stripped off the painted wallpaper from our toilet walls. I've yet to remove the adhesive layer but will do so before work starts. Unfortunately the top layers of GIB paper has been ripped off in some places exposing a fluffy texture underneath. We need someone to get the walls to a paint-ready finish. Cheers
