3rd Bedroom with ensuite

The 3rd room attached to the house needs the ceiling battened and gib'd. An existing window needs replacing. An internal wall needs to be partly removed and the remainder of the walls insulated and gib'd. One corner of the room needs to be framed and gib'd as this will become the ensuite. An existing workshop adjacent to the 3rd room needs the floor extended and finished as well as the wall being enclosed, insulated and gib'd.
