There isn’t one there and never has been, plenty of ceiling space as pictured, unsure if it can go through the wall? Only say this as there isn’t really an eve so may need to go through the roof which is coloursteel - this is only what I’ve been told so unsure.

Fallen tree removal

Pine tree blown over in storm needs to be removed. Tree trunk has snapped aprox 2 metres off ground and is lying over the top of a small very old shed. The trunk is around 800mm in diameter. It in a paddock with reasnable access. No real urgency but as soon as you are able.

Fix toilet leak

When toilet is flushed there is a leak around the seal where the toilet meets the floor. Just a dribble but over time it pools. Have turned off the mains water to the toilet and not using it until fixed. Note the pics are after I have dried it up but shows where the leak comes from.

Rotten window sill needs replacing

Rotted window sill, too badly rotted to use epoxy resin filler (filler did not work as rot developed). Rot may extend onto wood supporting the window sill ledge. Please quote repair/replacement cost of timber window sill. Cheers

Front and Back Door repair

The back door we cannot open as the bottom of the door is stuck you have to really yank it to open. I think both doors have expanded over the summer so the size has changed?
