Hot water cylinder making luke warm water only.

The hot water cylinder started making luke warm water only. I checked the thermostat and it was set to 60c and had been previously making water at around this temp. Turned the thermostat up to 70, left it for the day but, still this evening water is tepid at best. Cylinder doesn't appear to be to be particularly old. Let me know what the likely problem is and how much this will cost to sort.

Bathroom update x 2

Our upstairs shower has had small leak on both sides of the door for a while and there is mould on the outside. The inside is also horrible with permanent mould on all the silicone. It needs to be pulled out and replaced. Our vanity/mirror need to be replaced too, along with the taps on the bath and the extractor fan. Ongoing garden maintenance and initial fence staining

Hi I have a small garden in the mount. I'm wanting somebody to maintain it on an oinging basis. Replace dead plants, weeding, tidying up weed mats, etc. Possibly lawn mowing and edging too. I also want the fences on three sides of the property staining (one fence unstained, the others need redoing, and a small area of the fence needs repairing. Obviously nothing required until after the lockdown is lifted.

Kia ora! This is obviously for after the lockdown ends. I want to build a deck, brick over a grass area on my driveway and prepare an area for a spa pool. 1. Build an L shaped low level deck the areas to be covered are 3.8m x 4m and 4.8m x 2.5m. See Photo 1. The deck may also include a storage box for kayaks at one end. 2. Howling, high pitched shrieking sound from water cylinder or other pipes
