Replace outside cracked double graze window

Replace LCD fitting (transformer?) with LED

1) the lock. I believe that has been worn due to the multiple cuts from generations of cuts fo keys and potentially some rusting. 2) the swing back of the door is no longer working. It has separated from the weight system. This means the door doesn’t stay closed.

2 broken windows

Home made cabinet of sentimental value.

Hi, I am looking at buying a second hand set of doors and I am for an estimate of cost and time to remove old wooden doors and replace them with bifolding doors. I have uploaded a photo of the doors now and the doors we are looking at putting in, the new doors are a smaller measurement so it would need to be built in slightly. The old doors are 4130 x 2600 and the one we are looking at replacing it with is 3600 x 2365.
