Window flashing and Rangehood installation

Replace washer on laundry tap

Cold water laundry tap is leaking and needs washer replacing. The washing machine is not filling, maybe related to leaking tap or need parts replaced, would like advice on whether it is worth fixing or should we just replace. It is a Simpson Encore 605. Over 10 years old, but not in use for 5years of those years.

Convert hot water to gas

Looking for an estimate to convert our very old hot water system (50s with header tank) to gas. There are existing gas lines to an old fireplace which hasn’t worked since the earthquake. We aren’t in any rush, just at the budgeting stage. Require the current cylinder to be completely disconnected but not removed as we won’t be able to get it out until future renovations.

Looking for someone skilled and efficient to do as much work as possible in an 8 hour day (or two 3 hour days). A lot of weeding to be done mainly and cutting of hidden grassy areas. No lawns to be mowed. Medium sized property, the biggest job is removing the weeds between tiles and around the edges of the property. Green waste does not need to be disposed of but if it could be done for a good price it would be good!
