Painting for already plastered walls

The room and corridor are plastered already. We need someone to paint the walls and ceiling and trims and frames but not the doors. The room is ready for painting now but the corridor will be plastered sometime this week or early next week. So we only really need the painting. We want the room painted first then the corridor. We will it to be done in a few days time.

Fireplace pedestal remodel / refit

We estimate we will need a plumber to commence with running plumbing services in our concrete base foundations due to be starting early November. After this you would be required to carry out all other plumbing work to the completion of the house. Replace and weather proof garage rear door

Our current garage rear door has become waterlogged and damaged. We wish this to be replaced - contractor to supply a new door (preferably pre-primed) and to reuse existing hardware. Repair rusted roof over kitchen overhang

The roof over our kitchen overhang is starting to rust and needs to be repaired. The kitchen window overhang area extends 64cm out from the wall of the house, and is protected by a sloping roof. The length of the overhang is 304cm. The roof of the overhang extends from below the eaves of the house. There are sloping concrete steps outside underneath the kitchen window.
