Concrete pad/driveway - to meet council consent

My insinkerator gave up the ghost just as we went into Level 3. Its pretty old, so may need replacing, but be good to see if i can get it fixed. Have tried resetting the main power switch on the unit, but no response at all. I'm working from home in Level 2 , so flexible on times and dates from Monday 31 August.

NDM testing to be carried out on finished surface (please allow for in price). Topsoil to be carted and dumped on property. The build site is relatively level and accessed via a gravel driveway. We'd like the work carried out early to mid September.
