Replace Ceiling Tiles

The Michaelangelo tiles in my bathroom need to be put back up. We had a water leak in the ceiling which added to the weight around the extractor fan and as a result some of the tiles popped out. Extra battens may need to be put up as well. Bracing is required for the extractor fan to ensure this does not happen again and the tiles need replacing. I think that you will have to remove some of the remaining tiles so that the others can slot in properly. About 13 tiles need to be put up....

Plumbing new kitchen and Gas fitter for outdoor shower

I am renovating and need a new kitchen plumbing installed - one sink and one d/w remain in same place. Fridge water can run easily along back wall. New scullery sink and d/w need concrete floor cut to put in drain. May need to redo septic tank pottery pipe into PVC before concrete verandah laid. Also have outdoor shower to install and need califont / gas fitted and supplied. Timeframe is getting done this side of Xmas. Hopefully job will start in one month.

Skimming of walls.

Hi, I have stripped the wallpaper of 3 rooms in my house, probably built in the 70's. The lounge-dining area has pelmets. The other rooms are the hall, a small bathroom and maybe the toilet.
