Tile roof repair

Centre ridge tiles and 1 row of tiles down were removed when the building was relocated To allow extra height clearance for power lines . Roof tiles needs to be reinstated and mortared to a point it can then be sprayed and painted . Looking to get this done as soon as possible . New tiles will be required , have some old spares but around 80 percent broke in the removal process .

Tiling a laundry floor

Approximately 3 square metres. Sheeting has been laid ready for tiles. Washing machine, laundry tub etc will be moved from laundry before tiling commences. Tiles are 200mm x 200mm. This is a small job for now but a kitchen and three bathrooms to follow as the renovation progresses. We would like the work done as soon as possible so please advise when you would be able to undertake the work.

Removal of internal wall and possible new ceiling as there is mold in the corner of the room. This is a popcorn ceiling, so awaiting an asbestos report. Kitchen pantry and hanging display unit to be removed in the kitchen. Unit is currently vacant, but I have painters booked in from the 14th September, so would like job completed by then.

You must provide your licence as evidence. Block will be done in two lifts on left-hand side. Block is being filled on Thursday (3rd Sept). Waterproofing needs to be done on Sat 5th or Monday 7th Sept. I can supply plans for approved installers

A strange brief, but I would like to build a small tiki bar to have in my back garden!! I have found a website in NZ (I think Auckland) where you can buy bamboo for such a bar. Just a simple bar top, but with a couple of shelves behind and of course a thatched roof! Just guessing, but say 1m - 1.2m wide, and 2 - 2.1m high?? Any takers??
