Deck support repair

We have a deck that is starting to show signs of deterioration - specifically one of the support beams is showing decay so we wish to have that and any other structural repairs carried out. It is single level and once some boards are lifted it should provide easy access. We would also like one board replaced (was done by someone who used pine instead of Kwela)

Leaking block wall into sun room

We can't find where the leak is coming in from the outside. Water seems just to appear and is isolated to just the the north end of the block wall ruining the carpet.

Rubbish Removal

We have a number of items we removed from our house when we moved in that we need taking to a tip/ landfill. A small set of drawers, some shelves a wooden bed frame for a camper van, some cardboard boxes, old duvets and other little things. We simply need them picked up and taken to a tip/ landfill as we cannot fit it all in our car - we will cover the cost of the Tip as well Easy access to everything just in our garden so can be done anytime really

New carpet to be stretched and finished

Incomplete carpet laying job to be finished. Tenants moving out Monday 28 October 2020. 1 x bedroom and 1 x open plan lounge/dining/hallway. Carpet is cut and in place but needs to be stretched and fitted to tile and vinyl edges. 1m x 6m section of underlay is missing and needs to be supplied.

Disassembly needed of current kitchen

Hi, I have bought a kitchen in Mt Eden- that needs to be disassembled on Friday 30th to 2nd November. Kitchen can be disassembled and left in the kitchen area. It has a large stone bench top. Need old shower and vanity stipped and new shower and vanity put in also wanting new flooring and needs fan extractor put in , the bathroom is pretty run down , needs tiles or something for the walls as the walls have ripped old wall paper that's just hideous , needs a new window. The wall that the taps are on in the shower is like it is rotting behind it because bits of bark looking stuff keeps falling out the bottom of the white wall in the shower , just need a quote to get it sorted
