You are charged a holding fee when a job enters into Extended Contact, which is when a job is left open after 1 month since contact granted. If you end up being successful in securing that job, we deduct any holding fees from the success fee. Basically, it’s an incentive to close jobs appropriately.

In the example you have given – if you are not successful in securing a job after 1 month of contact you will incur the holding fee charge. For this reason we have kept the holding fees low.
