Recently returned to the place I learned my trade after years away. 40 years of building experience both commercial and residential but now it's time to scale back. Those small building and repair jobs you cant do and nobody wants to quote are the ones that I can do. Sticky doors and windows, loose handles, cabinet doors are sagging, need new batteries in smoke detectors. You get the idea.
