Main bedroom, other parts of house and outside / shed too

I mistakenly thought I was hiring Andy and one painter to undertake the work however Andy DOES NOT do the work himself he contracts it out (taking off some wallpaper backing and redoing a small part of an already skim-coated "I am not unhappy", meaning acceptable, room does not constitute 'work' in my book) - he never disclosed this fact to me himself the painter he sent told me. Hiring a MIDDLE-MAN is not something I would have done had I realised and it definately soured the whole project.
