Cost savings solution instead of removing cladding we opted for easyflash liquid membrane termination and used Grey/white mineral chip to be sprinkled over final coat of easyflash to allow for a uniform finish.

Project description

Existing torch-on membrane poorly installed which caused leaks. Owner had remedial work done which was a liquid membrane overlay which also had leaks. Our solution to fix this was to install a mechanically fixed double layer Torch-on system.
