Project description

Site Establishment:
The scope of work has been confirmed.
Site fence and portaloo have been delivered and set up.
Site signage and displaying Health & Safety protocols.

Construction work:
1. Remove the front window to pour a 150mm concrete nib and then reinstate the window and weatherboards.
2. Apply a chemical damp course to the existing concrete floor slab.
3. Build a timber frame stud wall off the existing concrete block wall.
4. Insulate walls and ceiling.
5. Install new Gib linings to the walls and ceilings.
6. Add new skirting and architraves.
7. Apply a level 4 paint finish.

Additional work:
8. Replaced the interior door.
9. Added head and sill flashings, exterior boxing trims on the rear side of the exterior wall, and finished painting.
