Bathroom- Removal of the old bathtub, installation of new frameless glass shower area, tile up the floor and walls, installation of new vanity with sink, addition of new toilet pot, and all finishing works.

Flooring - redo timber and laminated flooring. Polishing and buffing.

Kitchen renovation

Removal of all the existing layers of wallpaper, prep, prime, and paint the interior.

Installation of new Hot Water Cylinder

The homeowner was finally very happy and couldn't believe it was the same property that he handed over.
