Project description

Scope of Work:

Installation and wiring of electrical systems for office spaces, meeting rooms, and common areas within JW Marriott Auckland.
Integration of lighting, power outlets, data cabling, and AV systems as per architectural plans and specifications.
Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and Marriott brand standards for safety and performance.
Specific Tasks:

Office Spaces:

Install and configure lighting fixtures, including recessed lighting and decorative fixtures.
Wire power outlets to accommodate office equipment and appliances.
Ensure adequate power distribution for workstation setups.
Meeting Rooms:

Install dimmable lighting solutions for various meeting room configurations.
Integrate AV equipment connections and power supplies as per room layout requirements.
Ensure proper grounding and surge protection for sensitive electronic devices.
Common Areas:

Provide lighting solutions that enhance the ambiance and functionality of shared spaces.
Install emergency lighting and exit signs in compliance with safety regulations.
Implement ener gy-efficient solutions where applicable to reduce operational costs.
Data Cabling:

Install structured cabling systems to support high-speed internet access and telecommunication needs.
Coordinate with IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of networking equipment.
Quality Assurance:

Conduct thorough testing and inspections of electrical installations to ensure reliability and safety.
Address any deficiencies promptly to meet project timelines and client expectations.
Timeline and Coordination:

Work in collaboration with other trades and contractors to ensure smooth project execution.
