Due to compromised roofing members over the years , the roof was sagging.

Project description

We were called in by homwowner to do some minor renovations to his house before he re-paints his home .

Scope of works included:
- Roof structure repairs
- Replacing rotten baseboards
- Adjusting sash windows so that they close properly
- Minor replacements of damaged cladding sections
- Replacing a couple of roofing iron sheets (corrugated Iron)
