After the drainage is done, joists replaced.

Project description

In order for a drainage contractor to get access under the deck we lifted and replaced the decking timber, replacing rotten joists and concreting in new footings where deemed necessary to refresh and extend the life of this outdoor space.
We used stainless steel screws to fasten the grip tread decking.
