"Over the past six months, our team at Clear Vision has collaborated seamlessly with CMP on 'The Grey,' a project of exceptional significance. Our dedicated efforts involved the installation of six floors of windows and sliding doors, each floor featuring a distinctive array of six West-facing sliders, including three stack sliders and two stack sliders. Notably, the penthouse boasted a comprehensive seismic design, with every window and door integrated as a seismic chairframe complemented by architectural sliding doors/windows.

The meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of our work. Each window, comprising two to four glass units, underwent a rigorous process, with every screw meticulously oversealed, and each item subject to wetsealing, glazing, and wedging. The seismic frames on the fifth level received individual outer wedge rubbers for secure locking. The rigorous quality control extended to water tests, with each floor undergoing approximately four to five tests, all of which were successfully passed. In instances where adjustments were required, we collaborated closely with APL to address fabrication errors, ensuring a flawless outcome.

The project demanded considerable dedication, with our team investing numerous late nights and weekends. The collective effort has culminated in an exceptional end product, reinforcing our commitment to excellence in every facet of our work."
