Price Projects Limited recently completed 2 projects in St. Heliers,

Initially, we were contracted to dig a trench under the client's house to intall new drainage as they had experience flooding issues, this was a challenging process with limited access resulting in all spoil to be passed out a cubby door and wheel barrowed to our onsite tip truck, We installed geo cloth, a new subsoil drain & backfilled.

Following the upgraded drainage system, we were asked to transform the front entrance by removing all concrete pathways, a failing retaining wall, and boxed gardens.

We installed new perimeter subsoil drains for water re diversion & futher control, accompanied by the construction of a front-mounted retaining wall and surrounding boxed gardens to open the space.

We then cultivated & prepared the existing the lawn and installed a brand new ready lawn, creating a lush, inviting entrance for our client.

This project highlights our ability to takle complex projects that require "a can do attitude"
