Residential Renovation - Auckland, New Zealand - Completed 2022

133 is a beautiful site in Beach Haven, Auckland. Its sits high on the hill overlooking the valley below and soaks up the all day sunshine. This home was part of a two lot subdivision

Part 1 focused on how we could renovate the existing 1970s cottage and reconfigure its spaces to increase functionality and connectivity to the outdoors.

We redesigned the home to allow for an additional bedroom and ensuite bathroom. The living and kitchen became and open plan design and new french doors installed to connect the lounge to the outdoor dining and level garden.
