We recently completed a kitchen painting project in an old house. The house had a lot of character, but the kitchen was dated and in need of a refresh.

The first step was to remove all of the appliances and cabinets from the kitchen. This gave us plenty of space to work and allowed us to properly prep the walls for painting.

We cleaned the walls thoroughly with a degreaser to remove any grease, dirt, or dust. We then primed the walls with a high-quality primer to help the paint adhere properly.

Once the primer was dry, we applied two coats of paint to the walls. We chose a light, neutral color that would complement the rest of the house.

After the paint was dry, we reinstalled the appliances and cabinets. The kitchen now looks and feels like new, and the homeowners are very happy with the results.
