Price Projects received a request from an esteemed Artist & Designer to collaborate on the excavation work needed for their new landscape design at a residential property in Milford Beach.

Prior to approaching us, Come Rain or Shine Ltd had consulted two other contractors, one of whom deemed the project too difficult, while the other claimed it was impossible to execute with a digger.

At Price Projects, we embrace the belief that where there's a will, there's a way. Despite the challenges posed by the site's very limited access, we meticulously measured the space, reached out to our trusted suppliers, and secured a mini excavation setup with a specialized system that we modified to suit our needs.

To safeguard the existing landscape, we laid down plywood as protective flooring and swiftly completed the project in a remarkable span of three days. Our scope of work included the removal of trees and sumps, conducting a site cut to create two stepped levels for a spa pool, firepit, and relaxation area, as well as importing and compacting the basecourse to achieve the desired heights.
