Reclad/rebuild - 90s era plaster house.
Reframe all internal and external wall frames, reconfigure existing footprint. Replace all wall linings, new bathroom, kitchen, double glazed joinery aluminium, and cedar front entrance windows. Recladded in vertical cedar and sheetmetal cladding.
