Project description
I was engaged to undertake an asbestos demolition survey of a property in Somerfield. A number of asbestos containing materials (ACMs) were identified in the survey - nothing too surprising but enough for a Licensed Asbestos Removalist to be called in to remove it.
Following the removal of the ACMs, I carried out the clearance inspection as per the HSAW Act (Asbestos) Regulations. The removalist had done a great job and the building was handed back to the owners for demolition.
