This was a tricky one the client wanted to create a extra tenant aces to a separate flatlet with a steep sloping front yard and requested to create a usable space there were no plans drawn up for this project we just sat down and listen to what the clients needed and then we gave a them a proposal with this as the end results, very happy clients with a great result
