Price Projects was contracted to rebuild a retaining wall that had collapsed and damaged a shed due to poor construction & bamboo growth.
Despite the tight access site, we successfully executed the project with the following scope of works:

- Assist in Negotiating contracts with neighbors for budgets and pricing
- Demolition and removal of the existing retaining wall
- Excavation and removal of bamboo and vegetation
- Drilling and building the new wall
- Prepping the pathway and digging out a grass bank to create a parking pad for a boat

The client chose to have the project done on a charge-up basis, and we successfully met his budget requirements.

As a result, the client awarded us with additional contracts to build a 40m boundary fence, a concrete driveway, and another small retaining wall.
