Project description

Recently completed a project involving the relocation of an existing school classroom, which was transported and converted into a fully compliant minor dwelling.

Scope included disconnection and demolition works, hydraulic truck transport, and crane lift onto new pile foundations. We also delivered engineered retaining walls to support the site.

Post-placement, we completed full fit-out including services, finishes, decking, handrails, and landscaping.

The project was completed with compliance achieved via Certificate of Acceptance (COA) following transportation.
