Project description

This project features the construction of a modern covered outdoor deck measuring 10.0 m × 3.5 m, designed to create a durable and functional alfresco living space. The deck is finished with low-maintenance composite decking boards and supported by a steel frame structure for long-term strength and stability. A full-length metal roof provides weather protection, while an integrated metal gutter system ensures effective rainwater drainage away from the deck area. The design maximizes usable outdoor space, enhances the property’s appearance, and allows for year-round use with protection from sun and rain.
