Omaha Villa
Project description
We completed a full interior and exterior repaint of this beautifully restored villa, garage and pool house. The exterior received a high-quality 3-coat system across all weatherboards, trims, decorative fretwork, doors and windows, bringing a crisp, consistent finish that highlights the home’s classic architecture.
Inside, every room was repainted, including ceilings, walls, trims and detailed panel work. Soft, neutral tones were used throughout the bedrooms and living spaces to enhance natural light, while feature areas like the scullery received a fresh coastal colour to complement the home’s aesthetic. The pool house interior was also finished in a bright, clean palette suitable for the outdoor entertaining area.
The result is a refined, cohesive finish that elevates both the character and overall presentation of the property.
