Roof Leak Repair – Lead Flashing Replacement & Restoration

Project description

This job involved repairing a significant leak caused by damaged and deteriorated lead flashing. The leaking area had been letting water through, creating ongoing issues for the homeowner.

Our team carefully removed the old, failed lead flashing and cleared out all debris and damaged material. We then supplied and installed new high-quality flashing, ensuring it was securely fitted and fully sealed to provide long-lasting protection.

We also reset the surrounding roof tiles, repaired the affected sections, and left the area clean and watertight. The roof is now fully sealed, with no more leaks, giving the property strong protection against future weather.
