Leak in the corner junction

Project description

There was a leak in the side of this plaster home where there old membrane met the plaster.
We took all the rot out, replaced it with new timber, increased the nib height, put new treatment on all the old timber, put James Hardie flex cladding on the put a sto plaster system over the top.

Because major work had to happen in that corner the call was made to re -do the membrane and floated a new deck overtop with a glass balustrade. Also redoing the old outdoor stair to the deck.

Please note: After the photos were taken there was a capping put on the glass balustrade.
