Project description

For this Mount renovation on Oceanview road, Jaw Build delivered a complete transformation of the property, starting with the demolition and reconfiguration of the upstairs layout. Structural beams were installed to create a modern open-plan living environment, enhancing both functionality and flow. The home was fully reclad and upgraded with new double-glazed joinery for improved comfort and efficiency. We fitted out a brand-new kitchen and bathrooms, combining style with practicality. To maximise lifestyle and value, we demolished the existing deck and rebuilt a larger version, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor spaces while extending the overall living area for modern family living.
