We completed a precision inlay project where we filled a hole in a hardwood kitchen bench left by the removal of a downdraft extractor. The task involved:
Rebating the timber surface to ensure a flush finish
Cutting a porcelain tile to fit the space precisely
Installing the tile seamlessly into the bench for a clean, integrated look
The result was a durable and visually cohesive solution that restored the bench’s functionality and aesthetic appeal. A great example of careful detail work and blending materials.
