Project description

Architectural extension to existing bach. Repurposed existing utility double height spaces for kitchen/dining with inclusion of extra bedroom/games, living, bathrooms and new garaging. Existing exterior spaces reconfigured to courtyard through proposed L shaped massing, affording carefully moderated privacy and protection from elements, balanced with retention of north view amenity . Project under construction.
