Project description

For this project in Beach Haven, the scope of work involved the removal of existing vinyl flooring and addressing underlying structural issues. After uplifting the vinyl, we discovered areas of rotted subflooring, this issues was brought to the client and they have engaged with a contractor to address the issue. They have then carefully repaired and reinforced the flooring to ensure a stable and secure base.

Once the subflooring was repaired, we proceeded with the installation of brand-new laminate flooring in the laundry area. The result is a fresh, modern finish that not only enhances the look of the space but also offers improved durability and moisture resistance—ideal for a high-use area like the laundry.

Now it just needs a final trim and a good fresh paint, and this space should look truly transformed!
