Overview:
This project involved a full transformation of an aging 1980s home interior to create a more modern, open-plan space. Star Universe Construction managed and completed all renovation work for the kitchen, bathroom, and living room.

Scope of Work:
• Demolition of existing kitchen and bathroom
• Full re-layout of kitchen with new cabinetry, benchtops, splashback, and plumbing
• Tile installation for bathroom floor and walls, with custom shower and vanity
• New gibbing, plastering, painting, and flooring throughout living area
• LED lighting upgrade and re-wiring as per new layout
• Installed new sliding door to enhance natural light in the living area

Result:
We delivered a bright, functional, and elegant living space that significantly improved the home’s comfort and value. The homeowner was especially impressed with the attention to detail and how smoothly the whole process was managed.
